Take a moment to fill out the donor information on the back of your Kansas driver's license. Write directly on the plastic.

Discuss your wishes with your immediate family. After all, they'll give final consent for your donation. Remember—eyes aren't the only tissue desperately needed for transplantation. Consider donating any needed organs or tissues. You can give the gift of sight and the gift of life.
